3/4 Cup Ketchup; 1.2 Cup Butter, Melted
1/2 Cup Chili Sauce; 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard; 2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Salt; 1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp. Celery Seed; 2 Drops Hot Sauce
4-1/2 Pounds Chicken Wings
In a large mixing bowl combine all your ingredients, except for your chicken wings, blend well. Add the chicken wings, tossing to coat; chill for 4 to 4-1/2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400. Line rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. Remove chicken, reserving marinade, and place on prepared baking sheets in a single layer. Brush wings with marinade. Bake at 400 for 30-minutes or until chicken is done. Discard any remaining marinade. Serve.
