4 chicken breasts
Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning (if you don't have you can use salt & pepper)
1 12 oz jar of Apricot Jam
1-2 tsp of red chili flakes (start with 1 tsp and add more depending on how much 'kick' you want)
Heat broiler
Rub chicken breasts on both sides with Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning (or Salt & Pepper if you don't have seasoning).
Line glass baking dish or baking pan with tin foil and place chicken in dish and broil approximately 5 min, then remove from broiler.
While the chicken is broiling, put 1/2 of jar of apricot jam in small bowl and add red chili flakes (the more you add the spicier it will be), mix jam & chili flakes together.
Remove chicken from broiler after 5 minutes, spread spicy apricot jam mixture on both sides of each chicken breast, place back in broiler and cook for additional 5-6 min OR until the middle of chicken breast no longer pink.
You can always make extra apricot chili jam and glaze on top of chicken before serving.
