A healthy alternative to fried chicken nuggets. Make in advance and freeze individually on cookie sheet. When frozen place in bag. Adjust baking time to about 25 minutes.
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
2 Tbsp. butter melted.
Preheat oven to 425. Combine ranch mix and bread crumbs in plastic bag. Cut chicken into 2 inch pieces and add to bag. Shake to cover. On lightly greased baking sheet arrange chicken and drizzle with margarine. Bake uncovered about 15 minutes or until chicken reaches 160 degrees.
