3 Cooked Chicken Breasts, finely chopped
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
1 Bottle Franks Hot Sauce
2 Boxes Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed
Melted or Spray Butter
1 Bottle Blue Cheese Dressing
Great for parties! Easy finger food
Mix chicken, mozzarella & 2/3 bottle of hot sauce together and set aside.
Roll out pastry sheets to 1/2 original thickness.
Cut into 2"x2" squares or use dumpling mold or ravioli maker; Place layer of pastry on bottom
Spoon small amount of chicken mixture into center of each square
Top with layer of pastry, seal edges with fork.
Brush with melted butter and remaining Franks Hot Sauce. Bake @ 400 until lightly brown and puffed.
Serve with Blue Cheese Dressing.
Makes approx 36 bites.
