1 Prepackaged refrigerator pie crust
2 c. Cooked chicken, shredded
1 16oz.bag frozen broccoli florets
8 oz. smoked Gouda cheese, grated
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. cooking sherry
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place pie crust in deep dish pie pan. Prick bottom and bake for ten minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees.
Place chicken and broccoli in pie crust. Sprinkle on cheese.
In medium mixing bowl, place eggs, milk, seasonings, and sherry. Beat well.
Pour mixture over chicken and broccoli. Protect edges from overcooking by covering loosely with foil. Be careful to cover only the edges. Bake until set, about 45-55 minutes, removing foil for the last 10 minutes.
