4 split boned and skinless chicken breast
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozerella cheese
1 jar spagetti sauce
8 ounce spaghetti prepared per package directions
In pie plate mix bread crumbs. In another pie plate mix eggs and sour cream. Working one breast at a time, dip both sides in egg mixture and then bread crumbs. Repeat.
Heat 1/4 butter and 1/4 cup oil in skillet. When hot add breast and fry until brown and to 160 degrees. Top with 1/4 cup sauce and 1/4 cup mozzerella cheese. Cover until cheese is melted.
Meanwhile heat remaining sauce.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
