When I was working I relied on my slow cooker to get meals together for my family.
Use a disposable slow cooker liner and there will be no clean up too. You can find these in most grocery stores im the zip lock bag section.
These are yummy served with hot garlic mashed potatoes, or hot buttered parsleyed noodles

one 2.25 jar dried beef slices
6 to 8 whole chicken breasts, deboned
6 to 8 slices bacon
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup all purpose flour

Arrange dried beef on bottom of slow cooker.
Wrap each chicken breast in a slice of bacon.
Place chicken on beef.
Mix sour cream and flour together, add soup.
Pour soup mixture over all, cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
